Founded in 2021 by Adrian Perry, AA, MA, Greater Lice of Washington—also known as G.L.O.W.—was built on a foundation of medical expertise, compassion, and care. With over 20 years of experience in the healthcare field, Adrian began her career as a Medical Assistant and advanced to serve as a Medical Director while continuing her studies in nursing.

 

In addition to her medical background, Adrian has been a licensed cosmetologist since 2002. She saw an opportunity to blend her deep understanding of hair care with her clinical experience to create a service that families could trust. That vision became G.L.O.W.—a professional, judgment-free zone dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate lice treatment with dignity and confidence.
